Get Started as an End User
Getting Access
Usually Chime V5 app is deployed to the whole organization by your IT admin and is pinned on your Teams sidebar.
If not installed, you can go to the Teams app store and search for Chime V5.
Contact your IT admin if you can't find or access the app.
Starting Your First Chat
Open Chime V5 on Teams.
Start chat by typing your question or issue.
Wait a second or two for a response - it's just like chatting with anyone on Teams.
Example: you can ask "how to reset an outlook password?"
AI Assistant
AI can help with common IT questions recorded in your knowledge base.
Type your question naturally - the AI will automatically search the knowledge base and FAQs for relevant answers.
AI responses may include step-by-step instructions, links to helpful articles, or suggested next steps.
To end chat with AI, just tell them that you are all set.
