How is AI chatbot deployed on our Microsoft Azure platform?
Your AI chatbot instance is hosted by us and includes all of the necessary Azure resources for deployment. Many of AI chatbot features leverage Azure AI services, they will be enabled without any custom Azure configuration required. If desired, custom Azure Credentials can be used on a tenant level.
I’m already a V4 customer, can I preserve my existing queues?
AI chatbot is a separate application from other versions of Instant’s support helpdesk software, meaning your V4 instance will experience no downtime. Additionally, AI chatbot pipelines can be configured to replicate your existing V4 queues.
Pipelines are a complete overhaul queue system, offering AI enabled chat workflows, integration with ticketing services, and improved reporting features.

What are the costs associated with Evaluating our AI chatbot?
There are no costs associated with an evaluation tenant license. To request a free evaluation download the app from the Teams store and follow the instructions or request a free evaluation below.
Can V4 helpdesk and AI chatbot instances Co-exist?
Yes AI chatbot can be installed in the Teams Store in just a few clicks and once configured, exists separately from your V4 helpdesk instance.
